Who we are

KlubHQ is a trading name of TriMiko Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong ("KlubHQ", "we", "us"). We provide marketing software and training for owners and managers of kids' activity clubs, such as gymnastics clubs, dance studios, ninja gyms and swim schools.

We serve businesses in the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. We do not offer our services in the United Kingdom, the European Union or the European Economic Area.

Early access

Joining the early access list is free and does not commit you to buy anything. It means we will keep in touch about KlubHQ software, training and offers, in the ways you have agreed to.

Our paid software and training come with their own service terms, which you will see and accept before you buy. These website terms do not cover any purchase.

Using the website

• Use the website lawfully, and do not try to disrupt it, access it without permission or copy it in bulk.
• The KlubHQ name, logo, content and course material belong to TriMiko Limited or its licensors. You may read and share pages for your own use, but not republish or sell them.
• Information on the website is general guidance for club owners, not legal, financial or professional advice for your club.
• Links to other websites are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.

Text messages

What you'll receive

When you give us your phone number, you can tick either or both of two optional boxes:

• Non-marketing texts: replies to your enquiry, demo and appointment confirmations and reminders, and updates about your account and getting set up.
• Marketing texts: launch news, new tools and training for club owners and managers, event invites and special offers.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.

Opting out and getting help

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 (646) 681-7057. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Frequency and charges

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies with your enquiry and the messages you agreed to receive. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Email and calls

We send marketing emails only where you asked for them or the law allows, and every one has an unsubscribe link. We place marketing calls, including any using automated or AI voice technology, only with your prior express written consent. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Liability

The website is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Changes to these terms

We will post any update on this page with a new effective date. If a change is significant, we will flag it on the website or by email before it takes effect.
